Snow? Where? This week there are reports of snow. Check your furnaces and make sure filters are clean or replaced, area is free of debris, clutter, and dust. Thats the 1st reason furnaces get clogged amd stop working or acting up.

Make sure your windows have a good seal around them. Buying a clear silicone, like seal and fill, can help save you unnecessary chills and/or problems.

Looking outside, we see nothing in Puyallup.

Be safe.

Happy New Year!

We are hoping to fill in the gaps between jobs. If you are interested in getting new system, upgrade, repairs, please call to set up appt.

Right now, we have slots for services this month, but will be in Seattle for 1 to 1.5 weeks starting Monday.

We have a job in February that'll be the first two weeks. So we have opening last part of February, open March, some spots in April, and second half of June booked. The rest is booked. We might be able to do a service call or install for 1-2 day jobs, but call or message us.

The website for Case Heating is under construction. It's getting a new look from the professionals. Stay tuned for the link once complete.

Hi everyone.

We are offering discounts on installations for veterans, active military and senior citizens 65+. Call for details.

If someone referred you, please let us know. They will receive a thank you gift once a sale is completed. If you make referral and sale is completed, you will get that gift, so please spread the word. Every bit helps all of us, you, me and them during high costs on, we'll, everything.

Winterize your home by putting covers over faucets, checking and setting heat using digital thermostats to set up your week when home for at work. Make sure if you have old pipes, you have one thing slowly drip so your pipes dont freeze, check windows and use silicone seal for smal drafts, or call window specialist to see if you
qualify for upgrades at fraction of costs.

Make sure generators are ready, gas cans are full, locks with batteries are fresh as cold drains them, and pull out the heavy blankets and clothes you have. The farmers almanac says it's going to be a cooler winter than last. Clean out you air vents and filters.

Thanks,

Hi everyone. Today we are finishing up in Queene Anne. Few small things to finish off week. Then in North Seattle all week next week.

24/09/2025

Hi. We are still seeing warmer weather during the day hours, but overnight chills and cold will remind us that we are definitely in Fall.

Be sure to call us to have your units maintenance and check for the latest equipment and deals for your area.

At this time, we have a tentative schedule. This week Queen Anne and possibly early next week. Then a few maintenance/service calls.

Reminder to change your filters every 3 months to 6 months depending on your filter levels and family needs. I lean to the 6months and my family leans towards the 3months with allergies to dust, smoke and odors.

Add humidifiers to some units can bring some moisture into the air to aid furnaces that dry out the air leading dry/itchy throats and skin sensitivities.

Also consider getting digital thermometers to set your week and times you're home. With prices going up everywhere, it's important to save when you can.

Hi everyone. Quick update.

It's been a lot of moving around, due to the little ones being sick. Tomorrow I finish up in Burien.
Next week, we are in Seattle and North end two days at each place, and unsure about Friday because of this scheduling fiasco. Closed over Labor Day weekend
Then back to usual Sept 2nd or 3rd.

Thanks,
