🔥 A devastating fire impacted all 13 units at Nesbit Condominiums, damaging decks, half the roof, and leaving homeowners facing a long road to recovery.

Over the next 18 months, Charter Construction tackled complex code upgrades, tight site constraints, and active power lines that prevented traditional crane operations. To keep the project moving, our team engineered a custom scaffolding solution to safely hoist roof trusses into place.

From disaster to restoration, we're proud to have helped rebuild this community and bring residents one step closer to home. 🏡
