No crane? No problem. 🏗️ This project featured a high deck on a steep critical-slide slope with zero crane access. We had to get creative to get those heavy beams up there!

The new deck features multiple entertainment zones designed to maximize the stunning views, blending the natural warmth of Ipe wood with the modern durability of porcelain raised pavers.

We hate that annoying rake fascia separation and twist over time. It's a headache we want to avoid for our clients. That's why we added a rake dutchman to the sub-framing to stabilize the rake fascia for the long haul. Now—50 years of slowly driving by while looking up! 😉
