We're super excited to share some jaw-dropping job photos with you from one of our projects we recently completed: restoration work on Old Main at St. Martins University in Lacey. We want to give a huge shoutout to the amazing craftsmen who poured their hearts into this project. Their dedication and expertise have made this restoration a true success story. We're also incredibly grateful to St. Martins University for trusting us with this important task. Together, we've achieved something truly remarkable! At Pioneer Masonry Restoration, we understand the importance of preserving the architectural heritage. Our passion lies in reviving and protecting these structures, so they can continue to inspire awe for generations to come. We couldn't be prouder of our team for their exceptional work on Old Main!

Pioneer Masonry has been providing masonry repairs and maintenance service on St. Paul’s Episcopal Church since the 1980’s. This building was built in 1925.

This winter we have been working hard on the bell tower to identify areas of water intrusion and the repairs needed. We are almost complete but so far the new tuck pointing, terra cotta patching & sealant replacement has successfully stopped the water intrusion.
