On-site at Hob Cote Residence. The foundation pour is underway on a high bank site overlooking Lake Washington. After months of design and prep, this is the moment a project starts to feel real: first glimpse of scale, first read on how it sits on the site. Great morning on site with the team.

The cat’s officially out of the bag. Currently in the Seattle Times is a wonderful article about the future home of chamber music in Seattle. Heliotrope is honored to be part of this project, which aspires to be nothing short of the best space in North America to experience chamber music. A couple of weekends ago, we had the pleasure of attending the ribbon-cutting celebration for Suncadia Social! We’re excited to see Suncadia continue to grow and are grateful to have been part of bringing this new space to life. Watching new public spaces evolve into places where people can gather and connect is always rewarding. A big thank you to everyone involved in making this project a reality, and to our clients and partners who continue to trust us with their projects. We look forward to creating more great spaces together!
