Behind the walls is where we do our best work — even though most will never see it. Once the sheetrock goes up, most of what’s back here disappears from view. That’s exactly why we don’t cut corners on it.
Every line, every connection, every fitting is installed like it’s the only thing anyone will ever inspect — because to us, it is. Installs aren’t just about what you see when we leave. They’re about what’s still working right 10, 20 years down the road.

We had the pleasure of helping out with a quick service call!

Their hot dog steamer bucket was originally draining through a ½” copper line with several unnecessary fittings, creating a less-than-ideal setup. We removed the existing drain assembly and upgraded it to a larger ¾” copper drain line for improved flow and reliability.

To top it off, we custom-bent the copper for a clean, smooth transition drop, reducing fittings and giving the installation a professional finish.

After years of stopping by for a quick lunch, it was great to return the favor when Matt gave us a call for some plumbing help.

The steamer buckets were due for an upgrade, so we refreshed the drain system by upsizing the copper drain line and installing a new ball valve to improve performance and reliability.

We always appreciate the opportunity to support local businesses that have supported us over the years!

From tying into the gas meter to running underground gas lines for the fire pit and BBQ, the project came together seamlessly from start to finish!

[ Service Call ] Water Shut Off Valve

The team upgraded Mariner Manor Condominium’s water system by replacing a 2 Inch Copper Gate Valve with a new 2 Inch Pro Press Ball Valve. The old valve had issues with shutting off completely and was extremely hard to turn, but the new one should provide better functionality for future maintenance!

Did you know sediment buildup in your water heater can cause rumbling noises, reduce efficiency, and lower hot water pressure?
It's usually mineral deposits or rust that settles at the bottom. To fix it, simply flush the tank annually by turning off the power, connecting a garden hose, and flushing until the water runs clear!
