[ Service Call ] Water Shut Off Valve

The team upgraded Mariner Manor Condominium’s water system by replacing a 2 Inch Copper Gate Valve with a new 2 Inch Pro Press Ball Valve. The old valve had issues with shutting off completely and was extremely hard to turn, but the new one should provide better functionality for future maintenance!

Did you know sediment buildup in your water heater can cause rumbling noises, reduce efficiency, and lower hot water pressure?
It's usually mineral deposits or rust that settles at the bottom. To fix it, simply flush the tank annually by turning off the power, connecting a garden hose, and flushing until the water runs clear!

[ NEW Project Update ] x Sewer Liner

We're thrilled to collaborate with .builds on another exciting project. This new build starts from scratch, and we're kicking it off by installing a sewer liner through the existing sewer line. The benefits of this approach are twofold: it's cost-effective and saves significant time on excavation and landscaping rework.

Coming Up, this build will feature custom plumbing details that we look forward to showcasing during the Rough In and Final phase, so stay tuned !

Serving John Knox Church in Normandy Park was a pleasure!
Our crew replaced a 22 year old 100-gallon gas hot water tank with a more cost-effective solution.
The price for a 100-gallon commercial gas tank is $8000
alone, and they were receiving quotes were between $14,000 and $16,000. By opting for a 75-gallon commercial tank, we saved the customer $6000 on materials
