💧 Clean Install = Easier Maintenance

This is a new home, owners are just moving in and had no pre-filtration installed on their water system.

We added:
✔ Whole house filtration
✔ Sediment pre-filter
✔ Proper bypass valves
✔ Clean & serviceable plumbing layout

Now the homeowner has better water quality and a system that’s easy to maintain and service.

You’d be surprised how many homes we see in Sebastian and Vero Beach with no protection on their water systems at all.

❄️ Freeze Alert – Florida Homes ❄️

Even a few hours in the 20s can cause plumbing damage — yes, even with PEX.

📌 Most freeze issues in Florida happen at hose bibs, valves, and fittings, not the pipe itself.

Do this Saturday overnight and Sunday overnight:
• Drip faucets overnight.
• Disconnect hoses from your outside hose bibs.
• Cover hose bibs with a towel and open them a little to let them drip.
• Open sink cabinets on exterior walls and open the hot side of the faucet to let a slow drip.
• Keep heat set to 55°F or higher.
