Check out this beauitful deck we built in red rock valley.

2 Tone picture frame decking (Fiberon Bungalow and Tuscan villa) around the entire deck and stairs. Antique bronze railings.

We designed the angled pathway to allow the client to be able to access the water spigot and electrical panel. This turned out to be a beautiful and Unique addition to their home that will last many many years to come, and the only maintenance required will be to spray the deck off when it’s dirty.

New construction roofing project we did in Salida.

-Peel and stick ice and water membrane installed over entire roof deck. We did this as an added protection due to this house being built in the mountains where there is a heavy snow buildup each year. ✅

-Owens Corning True definition shingles ✅

-Ridge vent to ventilate the attic space and protect the underside of the roof sheathing from moisture buildup ✅
