Matt and Jarrod grew up in the Blue Hill area and have been friends for 22 years. They parted ways after high school, Jarrod settled down in Sedgwick and Matt settled down in Orrington. Matt and Jarrod both have young families and are very active in their communities. We are building a trusted company through quality work and customer service that will provide for our families and communities well

into the future. We bring a strong work ethic, commitment, and an open line of communication to every customer. We are a small outfit and that's the way we like it. Each employee is handpicked and is a trusted friend, as well as a skilled tradesman.

From lifting and rebuilding structural components, reframing interior spaces, and updating the entire exterior, to creating bright open living areas, custom finishes, and stunning bathrooms—every detail was thoughtfully crafted to bring this home back to life.

🌊🏡 Waterfront Living Done Right 🏡🌊

When you have a view like this, every square foot matters.

This outdoor living space was designed to make the most of its unique location, with part of the property situated on land and part extending over the dock. From the waterfront deck and hot tub to the sauna and private outdoor retreat, every detail was planned to maximize relaxation and enjoy life on the water.

Whether it’s morning coffee overlooking the bay, a soak in the hot tub after a long day, or warming up in the sauna before taking in the sunset, this space is all about creating an experience—not just a backyard.

Projects like this remind us that some of the best rooms in a home don’t even have walls.

🏡🌿 Every great landscape starts with a solid plan and a little dirt work.

We’re kicking off the landscaping at our spec house by shaping the yard, moving material, and placing some impressive natural stone that will become part of the finished design. It’s still early in the process, but it’s exciting to see the outdoor space starting to take shape.

The details outside are just as important as the details inside, and we’re looking forward to bringing this vision to life one step at a time.

🏠🔨 Roof Complete & Looking Sharp! 🔨🏠

Another major milestone checked off on this beautiful garage build! The roof is officially complete, and we couldn’t be happier with how it turned out.

A huge shoutout to Jason Brown Roofing for another phenomenal job. Their attention to detail, craftsmanship, and professionalism consistently deliver top-notch results, and this project is no exception. When it comes to quality roofing, they always knock it out of the park.

Now that the roof is complete, we’re one step closer to bringing this project across the finish line. Stay tuned as we continue making progress!

We’ve officially made it to the middle of the week!

One thing we love about having our own excavator is the ability to handle site work, excavation, grading, and material moving in-house. It helps keep projects moving efficiently and gives us more control over the schedule from start to finish.

Whether we’re digging foundations, clearing land, or moving a mountain of rocks, we’re always making progress one bucket at a time. 💪
