Nasty little roof with lots of hidden issues that we made sure to take care of! Trusses cut through which we fixed. Sheeting seams that ran off the boards which we replaced. The whole porch roof decking was also rotted away and was replaced with 1/2” CDX, Ice and water shielded due to the low pitch and then installed mechanically seamed with butyl injected. Also we did in house custom metal fabrication for all the edges to make sure the siding was water tight!

For this project we Tore all the shakes off, sheeted the roof with 1/2” CDX and then installed Pabco Oakwood shingles to give it a close color match. New skylights, wall metal and metal flashings/vents are always used when doing full replacements.
