It's been just about a year since NE Building & Remodeling replaced my roof and repaired water damage in my bedroom, and I couldn't be happier with the results.
I had three roofing companies come out for estimates, and NE Building & Remodeling was the only company that suggested going through my homeowner's insurance. What really set them apart was Dave Rosati's attention to detail and professionalism. He noticed storm damage to my shingles from a storm months earlier—something the other two roofers completely missed. He then took the lead and handled the entire insurance process for us.
During the inspection, Dave also discovered water damage in our bedroom and found black mold behind the wallpaper that we weren't even aware of. His team replaced our entire roof, including the garage roof, and replaced numerous rotted wood panels. Amazingly, the roof was completed in just one day.
The bedroom repairs took longer because asbestos was discovered in the walls. Once again, Dave worked with our insurance company and was able to get that covered as well, saving us thousands of dollars.
Throughout the entire process, NE Building & Remodeling was professional, transparent, and easy to work with. One year later, we have had absolutely no issues with any of the work performed. I highly recommend NE Building & Remodeling to anyone looking for quality workmanship and outstanding customer service.
