Another chapter in the closure of Pyramid. We ran the last bunk of rough lumber through the planer yesterday. Now we just have shipping and auction prep left.😔

On a positive note, the planer crew went out with a bang, breaking the production record for 1x4 Fir last Friday, then shattering that number again on Saturday! Just goes to show that we have great people that never give up!

Another month gone by, and we're still here. So far. The sawmill is on schedule to wrap up production by the 4th of July. The planer will continue to run through the middle of August. We've had very few layoffs to date, and don't expect too many more before August. We want to thank everyone for all the support we have received throughout this process!
