Every project at L&K Custom Homes is unique, but this bathroom renovation started with a very clear vision. Our clients handed us an AI rendering of their dream spa-like retreat, and our team got to work turning that exact picture into a reality.

Landon handled the precise construction details to ensure it was built perfectly from the ground up, while our design expert Annette Crusey focused on capturing the exact feel, ambiance, and warmth the clients wanted. Working with AI to design your dream space is incredible, but bringing those ChatGPT renderings to life can be a little tricky when real world construction comes into play.

For this bathroom, our client brought us an AI-generated design they loved, which included a recessed shower niche on the back wall. The only problem was that we were dealing with an exterior block wall, making a niche impossible structurally.

Instead of scrapping their vision, we moved the niche to an interior wall to keep the functionality and visual balance exactly how the client imagined it.
