A beautiful remodel doesn’t always mean replacing everything.

When we first met with this client, she wanted a lot of work done, but like most projects, the budget had to be considered carefully. Her cabinets were old and dated, and while replacing them was the original idea, we found a better solution: paint them.

By refinishing the existing cabinets, we gave the space a cleaner, updated look while saving room in the budget for other important parts of the project.

Smart remodeling is not just about making things look better. It is about making the right decisions for the home, the client, and the budget.

We color-washed this entire home from ceiling to floor
using the exact same paint color. By strategically
changing the sheens, flat on the ceiling, satin on the
walls, and semi-gloss on the trim and doors, you get a
seamless, expansive feel with just the right amount of
subtle contrast.

On this full renovation of a well-loved older home, we replaced every foot of AC ductwork and every register throughout the house. From there, we opened the space up with vaulted ceilings, a bright new kitchen, and fresh flooring throughout.
