Mechanicals and spray foam wrapped up at this Custom Home in Seguin!
We spray foam the exterior walls and roof deck. Not only does it make the house more efficient, but it makes your attic above conditioned space SIGNIFICANTLY cooler. Typically, within 3 degrees of the conditioned space below. We also encapsulate the entire garage space (walls and roof deck). Although this space won't be as cool as the conditioned space, it keeps your garage and attic warmer in the winter and cooler in the summer. Last but certainly not least, SOUND ATTENUATION (the pink stuff). We use sound attenuation at all bathrooms, utility spaces and anywhere where a common space shares walls with a bedroom. This cuts down on noise traveling from room to room.

Wrapping up Mechanical Rough-In at this Custom Home just outside of Seguin! Most builders don't like to show off this step. However, here at TKG we believe that this phase is just as important as the finishing touches. We use only the best materials and trades to ensure our custom homes will last generations.
