Porch add on. We matched the Hardi siding on the main residence. Turned out awesome.

Sheeting coming along. Wind has not been on our side on this one. Ready to get siding done.

Framing complete. Plumbing stated. As soon as elec gets done on another, they will be here.

Framing rolling nicely. Doors and windows delivered today. Ready to button this framing done and get it dried in.

Then on to sheeting.

Seguin barndo update!!!

Foams going in. Sheeting walls in living area before drywall. That gives unlimited hanging options! Deer mount collectors dream!

Outsides are complete. Ready for overhead doors.

Canyon lake Tx.

Check out this white painted frame! Lots of work and double the materials I estimated!

Framing almost done. Zip board up tomorrow, then doors and windows. After that, sheeting guys will be on it!

All black siding.

Check the cedar post. Will have 4’ wainscoting and column bases too.

New build in Seguin. Framing almost done. Sheeting guys back on siding.

This hybrid style building is looking good!

This week is all ac, plumbing and electrical rough in.

Next is foam and drywall!

This was a team project. Kirchner er****on built the building along with Frank Sullivan. We did the finish out. Have never seen one like this! It’s definitely unique.

Last 2 weeks we have been busy!

8000 sqft in seguin and 4000 sqft in canyon lake. Steel going up next week in seguin.
