Every now and then you meet someone that inspires you to try something different. I recently met a little girl with the initials MK ,no middle initial I know weird anyway this is a ramp for her to get from the main house to the great room .it was intended to be two landings and two ramps taking up much more space and not nearly as much fun .i hope someday soon she can ride down and laugh ! It tested my patience and it fought me at every turn but in the end it was my pleasure!

Summer is here and the Fantozzi Custom Construction Group can't wait to get back to the shore. These are some pictures from the beach house we took from a shy one and a half story to a three story beach block beauty a few years ago. The third story loft has to be my favorite part of the house.
