After experiencing two significant backups and subsequent moderate flooding in an elderly apartment building, we performed a second camera inspection. We were only able to run a 4-inch double blade in the 4-inch cleanout access. Because the underground sewer line measures 6 inches, we requested support from Harris Pumping, who operated his high-pressure water jetter in tandem with my camera inspection, successfully eliminating grease buildup. To avoid further flooding incidents, we plan to undertake this procedure bi-annually as a preventive maintenance measure.

Please share some helpful advice, as many know we are getting Yellowhammer Internet services in our area so there's a lot of underground boring going on. Along with boring many residents and businesses are experiencing broken sewer lines, I have noticed in the past month or so there are many more contractors in our area. After a doctor's office was struck last week I haven't been able to find which contractor done the damage as several different companies have called 811 for a locate ticket and one company is blaming the other, I have info for one company that has been really great about paying or reimbursing for the damages but this time it wasn't him. If you see them on your block I'm asking that you take a picture of the name on the truck so if you become a victim myself or your plumber can narrow it down to who to blame, they do call for a utility locate but that does not cover a homeowners private utilities such as your water/sewer line from the house to the meter/sewer lateral. I hope this will help with future problems.

Today, we encountered a challenging clog, and after attempting to resolve the issue with various blades without success, we utilized a transmitter to navigate the sewer and pinpoint the problem. Following extensive excavation, we discovered that our initial efforts had cut through a mass of roots but were unable to breach a 3-foot accumulation of acorns, which was further complicated by another root system on the opposite side that prevented the acorns from being dislodged; it became apparent that the vacant park had allowed rodents to exploit the dry pipe as a storage facility, with the roots growing through both sides of their stored materials.

After a severe thunderstorm impacted the area, a customer's water line sustained damage; given the circumstances, it was more efficient and cost-effective to replace the entire line rather than perform repairs.

The customer attempted to clear the kitchen sink blockage using chemical drain cleaners, resulting in the need for our services to unblock the drain and rectify the chemical damage.
