Trimming trees has three clear benefits for the co-op, the lineworkers and the members: reliability, safety and faster restoration. By trimming trees, there will be fewer outages and less storm-related damage overall, which will increase power reliability. Trimming trees prevents downed lines that can energize the ground, thus protecting line crews and the public. Tree trimming also leads to less debris, meaning lineworkers can get to work faster.

Pickwick Electric Cooperative has an opening for a Customer Accounts Specialist.

Applicants must have:
• A bachelor’s degree in business administration or a related
field from an accredited university
• A valid driver’s license
• At least one year of experience with Windows-based software
and Microsoft Office
• Residency within, or willingness to relocate to, the
Cooperative’s service territory
