ONE YEAR ANNIVERSARY!!!!!
Today marks my construction company’s one year anniversary. Don’t even feel like a full year has went by. Between all the ups and downs, success and failures we still managed to keep rolling. On this day one year ago I accepted my first job for $50 big ones and to be honest I was terrified after that. But it hit the ground running. This has been such a blessing to be able to do this type of work. Being able to create something for people’s homes or business will always be so rewarding. I like to send a very special thank you to all that have supported me in this journey, and continue to support me. A special thank you to my family, especially my brother for all the help and push, you are the best.

Here is some before and after pics of the barndo project. You are looking at just under a 900sqft space with a large office with kitchenette, tack room for saddles and a small bath. This also includes a 2nd floor loft area for storage. With access provided by Mountain Top Renovation & Construction LLC. On the stair build.

What a dramatic change we were able to accomplish on this build. Brand new composite decking, new porch fully framed out with cedar, and a black metal roof. 6x6 cedar post with a nice 20’ 4”x20” cedar beam to complete the front of this beautiful porch. The houses exterior was completely renovated with new high end white vinyl siding and a vinyl red cedar shake to cover all the gable ends. Windows also all have a custom red cedar trim out that highlights the black trim we used to go with the white vinyl and red cedar.
