Progress continues to be made on The Johnson House, the finishing touches are being made on the building's exterior before the weather turns. In a few short months we'll be welcoming our first residents.

The first phases of roof repair are nearing completion with the shingled and mansard sections having their rafters repaired and re-shingled before seasonal weather compromises our ability to work on the exterior.

Work on the Johnson House is progressing. The road and parking lot has been cut in and crushed stone placed until the ground settles.

We've recently started work on The former Johnson Home, which will become The Johnson House Apartments, occupancy summer 2013! The property will feature eleven unique residences, elevator access, secure premises, in unit washer & dryers, central air. All residences will be uniquely done taking advantage of the fabulous architectural elements of the structure, all located on a one acre lot on stately Cayuga St. We're excited about the project, keep checking back for updates :)
