Complete face lift to this beautiful home! Started with a soft wash of all surfaces by my buddy Justin Shine Above the Rest! Then my crew and I took if from there. Full stain from top to bottom with Sherwin Williams Wood Scapes series! Replaced several sections of fascia and quite a bit of caulk! Over all turned out amazing!!

Also in the midst of all the other craziness and trying to avoid the rain, our crew has been working on painting this home!! Sometimes there’s just not enough time in the day!!

Still booking new jobs throughout all this.. our schedule is allowing booking late fall as of right now but more keeps coming daily 💪🏻

We been really busy lately I haven’t had much time to post! We dug some new drainage and installed some new perforated pipe to get all the gutter water away from the house and out of the crawl space. Meanwhile during the midst of all this we changed out a bunch of floor Joyce’s and put quite a few permanent jacks and bracing under the customers home!! Now as the customer stated “ I really don’t feel like I’m falling over while walking through my house! “.

Doesn’t matter if it’s construction work you need or machine work our crew will make it happen!!! 👊👊

Took care of some rotten door frames for our friends at Oakwood Service Center and then a fresh coat of paint and some new door seals to prevent there doors from further falling out! 😎😎

Another one done ! Well until I have to do the back porch now to at some point… but what a great transformation from the old clap board to updated composite! Customer is going to repaint all the trim 🤩🤩

Roof repair this morning in Waterloo… Two layer tear off and re shingle. Damage was caused by a falling tree! Also next month we will be repairing all the water damage inside of the sunroom 👍👍
Start to finish 5 hours including the trip to the landfill 😎
