CRUSHING OLD SMS/SHS DEMO!

Happy Monday Everyone 😊

Here is a better picture of the crushed brick we are offering on site. Many have inquired about it so here’s a better look of what it looks like. For those who want to pick up any yourself please DM our Facebook directly and we will coordinate it for you as well as anyone who wants 20+ tons delivered.

A lot have asked when we will be making the crusher run as well so just to update everyone again as soon as all of the brick is processed the concrete will be next.

Crusher run approx. 1 1/2 in size will be made next in approx. 1-2 weeks.

There is NO concrete mixed within the brick and NO sand mixed.

Material pricing :
Crushed brick - $8/ton
Tri axle (20/tons) - $160/load
Crusher run 1 1/2 approx - $10/ton
Tri axle (20/tons) - $200/load

Delivery : Around $250/per tri axle load with the hauling company we use (RJ Hauling)

Wanted to make a quick post to say we will not be open at our Class 1 landfill off of Wells Hwy tomorrow 4/24 due to a work event.

We will resume our normal operating hours on Monday 4/27 8 am until 5 pm.

As well as processing will continue on Monday for anyone who has inquired about the crushed brick material this week at the old SMS/SHS demo site 😊

UPDATE! Crushing at old SMS/SHS Demo Site.

As stated a few weeks ago we will be offering crushed brick material and crusher run to the public at a discounted price!

Crushed brick : $8/ton
Crusher run/ $10/ton

We did this project to help the city of Seneca pro bono so yes we will be offering both types of processed material much cheaper.

We are crushing the brick first then will make the crusher run next.

We can help coordinate hauling to you if 20+ tons are needed but anyone is welcome to pick up the material themselves by their own truck, trailer etc.

Happy Tuesday Everyone!

Quick post !

We have asphalt millings available at our yard at 1437 Davis mill road Seneca, SC 29678.

Perfect for driveways, parking lots etc.

Packs extremely well.

We’ve had alot asking if we’ve made any but due to it being in high demand get it while it’s on the ground!

Our main crusher has been moved to the old SMS/SHS site to begin the final phase over there and once we begin crushing the brick and concrete that will be available at a discounted rate on site.

Will make a separate posting for that also.

Delivery can be coordinated if you’re needing 20+ tons of any of the processed material.

Update on old SMS/SHS Demo for BRICKS !

We are moving our crusher on site today so if anyone is wanting bricks today and tomorrow will be the last days to get any before the remaining are crushed.

We know so many have reached out about them and we apologize for the ones who have continuously tried to get some and haven’t been able.

Safety is a top priority so please if anyone wants to come by today/tomorrow you’re welcome to just grab Dewayne or Elliott’s attention.

Good morning everyone !

As most of you know we have been doing the demo of the old SMS/SHS.

The building is almost completely on the ground except for the cafeteria and a small part in the front.
In the next coming weeks we will begin the crushing portion of the project.

That being said, if anyone is interested in the crushed brick material as well as there will be crushed concrete slab (crusher run) feel free to reach out to us. We will be offering it to the public for a very reduced price. (Must be picked up yourself)

Can be used for driveways, parking lots, lay down yards etc.

Hey everyone, just wanted to make a quick post to say due to safety reasons since the old SHS/SMS is a active construction site no one is allowed to come into the construction fencing on their own to get bricks and especially without us present on site. Have had some run into the fencing to get bricks and we have to keep everyone’s safety in mind. Not only is there potentially dangerous debris (sharp metal and such) but we are actively on our heavy equipment.

Of course we want to do the best we can with allowing the community to get bricks for safe keeping but please allow for bricks to be placed outside of the fencing entrance by the gym or contact Dewayne at 8645573502.

It has been brought to our attention that bricks from the old SHS / SMS are in big demand. Apologizes for the ones who have went by and haven’t been able to get any. The second we’ve put a good bit outside of the construction fencing entrance by the gym they are gone immediately.

But we will place more at the same spot outside of the fencing by the gym by the time we leave the site today and try to do so as much as possible until the demo is completed 😊
