This customer had Home Depot install their toilet. Unfortunately, it was about an inch off the floor and wobbling all over the place, after I pulled the toilet I found the fl**ge to be broken and leaking. Of course, I cut all this hackory out and replaced with a new fl**ge and reset toilet on the floor this time. Lol

Homeowner had another plumbing company install a toilet. It was not shimmed properly and literally ( talking about nickel and diming someone) was being shimmed with nickels and dimes. Of course this did not work for long and after a couple years of use the toilet being not supported properly broke. I replaced the toilet for the customer and properly shimmed the toilet. She is a repeat customer so I replaced the broken fl**ge at no extra charge. That’s the Straight Path Plumbing diffrence!

Miss Thompson had a pressure of 140psi. This was putting her plumbing system at high risk for water damages.  I replaced her pressure regulator and installed a beautiful Kohler Elmbrook toilet, strongest flush on the market in my opinion.

These are fittings plumbers know as a Drop Ell. It is what holds up your shower head in the wall. On the left, you will see a plastic drop ell that is cracked in two places and leaked in customers home. Also the installer “ secured” the shower valve using zip ties 🤣!
On the right, you’ll see a metal drop L, this is what a professional would be using. Its little things like this that make all the difference in the world between water damage in your home, and not.

Its that time again! Hard freeze coming. Make sure your hoses are disconnected from your bibbs, and you put a cover over it ( in picture below) to keep it from freezing. Valve it off if you know where to. If you have fixtures on exterior wall of house let them drip, and or open cabinet doors to lav to let heat in. Make sure your garages are closed to protect pipes in that area. Im here to help, so feel free to message me or call if you have any questions.
