At Joyce Grange, I've made a striking observation: many contractors' work product does not align with their claimed experience. As I continue in this field, this disconnect becomes increasingly apparent. A critical distinction between our metal roofs and others lies in our flashing techniques, which guarantee the roof's lifespan equals that of the metal. Our roofs boast a unique feature set, including no exposed screws in low-lying areas or valleys and panels that are meticulously folded and secured to a cleat. This thoughtful design obviates the risk of rust from cut edges and potential leaks caused by screws, highlighting the substantial difference between a 50-year metal roof and a shorter-lived alternative.
