Bill Mair Heating & Air is a family-owned and operated HVAC company based in Sequim, Washington.

We are looking for a dependable, customer-focused Washington State Licensed 01 or 02 Electrician to join our growing team.

QUALIFICATIONS:
⭕️Current Washington State 01 or 02 Electrical License
🔵01 Electrician: Certified General. Journey Level Electrician (01. Journeyman Wireman)
🔵02 Electrician: Certified Residential Specialty Electrician
⭕️Valid Washington driver's license with a clean driving record
⭕️Must be insurable under our company insurance policies
⭕️Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug test
⭕️Clean criminal background
⭕️Friendly, dependable, honest, and self-motivated
⭕️Strong verbal and written communication skills
⭕️Comfortable using a tablet, smartphone, email, and mobile software applications
⭕️Ability to lift 50+ pounds
⭕️Ability to work in crawl spaces, attics, and other confined areas

RESPONSIBILITIES:
⭕️Perform high-quality residential electrical work in a safe and professional manner
⭕️Communicate effectively with customers and office staff
⭕️Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked company vehicle
⭕️Restock materials and equipment as needed
⭕️Follow company policies and all applicable safety regulations
⭕️Report to work on time each scheduled workday
⭕️Take direction from supervisors while also working independently
⭕️Participate in ongoing training and continuing education to stay current with industry standards

🎓 Congratulations to the Class of 2026!
