Feeling excited about the progress on another Cedar Square Homes project! 🏡🔨

With all of our county inspections passed, we’re moving right along. Closed-cell spray foam insulation has now been installed, bringing us one step closer to drywall!

Closed-cell insulation offers some great benefits for a new home, including excellent thermal performance, reduced air leakage, improved moisture resistance, and added rigidity to the building assembly. By creating a tight air seal, it can also help improve overall energy efficiency and indoor comfort throughout the year.

At Cedar Square Homes, we take pride in doing things the right way!
