Added electrical for a new ceiling light, replaced all outlets and switch, added board and batten accent wall, replaced bifold doors with a new barn door, and removed a house fan and installed new attic steps! Sorry no true before pics, just mid demo for front living room. Opened entry way to foyer and replace textured paint drywall throughout lower half. Updated electrical and built custom build out with shiplap for a TV and electric fireplace. All trim and baseboards also replaced and added 5 recessed LED lights. Carpet was replaced by third party. Customer had water pe*******on behind their tiles causing water damage, mild surface mold, and the tiles to pull away from the wall. So we updated with new tile and concrete board backer, cut out the damaged subfloor, moved the Pex plumbing, new tub, and fixtures!
