We've built homes in Sevier, Blount & Knox counties in Tennessee for over 20 years, from cabin-style homes to traditional primary residences.

In addition to our luxury homes, we also offer full remodel services and help with insurance claims. We Are Lipsey Home Builders! We’ve been building homes in Sevier County since 2000 in the Gatlinburg, Pigeon Forge, Sevierville, Townsend and Wears Valley areas of the Smoky Mountains. Countertops are officially installed and looking clean and modern. The kitchen tile backsplash is going in now — bringing that trending, elevated design everyone’s loving this season. Outside, exterior grading and driveway prep are underway as we shape the final look and curb appeal of this home.
