We were given the opportunity to spruce up the exterior of this home by installing some beautiful board and batten vinyl siding. It turned out really nice!

We started this project with 2 patio door replacements. We then set posts to begin building building a 26'x8' deck across the front of the home. We built one set of steps and railing to complete the 2nd deck for this customer.

This was the first of two seperate decks we completed for this customers. This is a very nice ground level deck with 2 step down and full length deck boards for a no seam finish.

We removed a single front entry door and and replaced it with an entry door with side and top light windows. It turned out really nice!

We just finished up with new vinyl siding and a new metal roof on this home. Pictures don't really show how beautiful the colors of the siding and the roof coordinate with each other. The roofline was bowed down in the center really bad, but we shimmed it all up to get it nice and flat. The customers are very happy with the end result. This home needed an update on the outside! The front porch had previously been enclosed, but the customer wanted a covered front porch. We opened the up the front porch, and installed 2 windows in the front room.
All of the asbestos siding was covered with new vinyl siding. Gable vents were replaced. All fascia boards were covered and new gutters and down spouts were installed to finish the project. What a beautiful new look!

We coordinated with the customer, insurance, Servpro, and multiple suppliers to get this customers home back to normal. A water leak inside the home resulted in alot of damage. We moved all furniture into an on-site pod. We removed drywall, flooring and cabinets to allow for mold remediation. We hung and finished drywall, painted walls, and installed new flooring and trim. We installed all new kitchen cabinets and worked with the countertop installers for countertops and backsplash. We moved in all the furniture to finish up. Give us a call for your next project!

KORF RENOVATION PHASE 2
WE SANDED ALL OF THE WOODEN PANELING THROUGHOUT THE LIVING AREAS AND 2 SEPERATE BEDROOMS. WE BRIGHTENED IT ALL WITH FRESH PAINT. WE INSTALLED NEW LVL THROUGHOUT THOSE SAME ROOMS AND INSTALLED EXTRA WIDE BASEBOARD.
WE UPDATED THE BATHROOM WITH A DROP IN BATHTUB WITH TILE SURROUND, AND TILE FLOOR. WE FINISHED UP WITH A NEW TOILET, VANITY AND ACCESORIES. WE WILL RETURN AT A LATER DATE REMODEL THE KITCHEN FOR THIS HAPPY CUSTOMER!

KORF RENOVATION PHASE 1
WE COMPLETED THIS PROJECT IN A COUPLE DIFFERENT PHASES. THIS WAS PHASE 1. WE STARTED WITH A GREAT ROOM WITH AN ATTACHED 1/2 BATHROOM. WE DIVIDED THE ROOM WITH A SINGLE WALL AND DOORWAY TO CREATE A BEDROOM WITH A CLOSET AND AN ATTACHED FULL BATHROOM. THE OTHER ROOM IS NOW AN ENTRYWAY. WE UPDATED THE BATHROOM WITH A DROP IN BATHTUB WITH TILE SURROUND, NEW VANITY, TOILET, AND TILE FLOOR. THE BEDROOM AND ENTRY HAVE NEW LVL FLOORING, AND FRESHLY PAINTED TRIM AND WALLS.
