This week , i recently completed an exterior restain on a very large mountain top cabin . I had to rent a 60 foot articulating boom lift and drive it 1.6 miles up a mountain from the main road because the rental company couldn’t make the turns. I power washed the entire place with wood cleaner, caulked around all necessary gaps, especially around windows and stained 2 coats of Sherwin Williams woodscapes solid stain . It was a huge job but it turned out great and the customer was very happy. Also the Mountain Views made it very pleasant to work on

From your home to your rental property, we have you covered. This indoor pool room was being destroyed by humidity and airborne chlorine throughout the years . A worldwide property rental company reached out to me to fix this problem. After much prep work including killing mold, scraping, caulking I had it looking brand new again. I primed the entire interior with oil based stain blocking primer and top coated twice with Sherwin Williams water based pre-catalyzed epoxy. This product is resistant to chemicals including chlorine , so I decided this would be the best route to go including adding a mildewcide to the finish to prevent mold growth on the paint surface in the future
