Meet Mary Lemke, CFO of Associated Mechanical.
Mary has been with AMC since 1986 and brings nearly 40 years of experience in accounting, communications, and executive leadership. A graduate of Minnesota State University, Mankato with degrees in Accounting and Business Education, she has helped guide the company through decades of growth, industry shifts, and organizational change.
As CFO, Mary focuses on long-term direction, steady leadership, and building a culture that values accountability and adaptability. She believes growth requires a willingness to embrace change — a mindset that has influenced both her career and the company’s evolution over the years.
Her practical leadership style and commitment to continuous improvement continue to play an important role in AMC’s success.
Outside of work, Mary prioritizes faith, family, and volunteering — values that reflect her dedication to service both professionally and personally.
