What to do if hail does come!

With the first large threat of hail in the metro, we just wanted to give you some advice if it does come. Please do not instantly call in and file a claim. It is in your best interest to have it looked at before filing a claim just to make sure you have enough damage. If you don’t know anyone, call us because we won’t cold call you or knock on your door (roof salesmen will be every where if it does). You can also call you Relator friend or agent and they should know someone they trust to refer to you. Just because hail hits your house doesn’t mean you need a new roof or need it now!

HAIL NO!!!!! Find a safe place for your wheels, a risk of golf ball size hail is on the way for Friday, from the late afternoon into the late evening.

Happy Friday!!

As the weather starts warming up you will likely see ice damming. Before calling insurance due to leaks, make sure you call your roofer for an inspection to assess the problem first.

SNOW & ICE!!!!!!!

The weather is here and you probably have some ice on your roof. You may not see anything yet, but once it starts to dry, the water from the ice will back up and find any hole that it can to get through and find it's way on to your ceiling.

If you see this, don't just call a claim in. Call a roofer that knows what they are talking about, call your insurance agent for a name, or call your realtor for a name to have someone look at it first. You don't want little leak claims on your history!!!!
