Proud of our team’s work at Popshelf KC. Our latest ground-up project. We had the honor of completing the entire foundation, sog and sitework package. This Includes footings, polished concrete floors, trash enclosure, curbs, sidewalks, stamped concrete, approaches and more.

What a perfect day for some balconies. Always a pleasure working With CPI, PCI and General Contractor, Neighbors Construction, at Village West 3 in Kansas City, KS. Balconies Total approximately 23,500 SF and 323 units.

Completed Foundations for Lean-To addition at Spec-Chem Warehouse in Edwardsville, KS with Onsite Construction Associates.

We successfully completed the Exterior Remodel of Mi Hacienda with Hawthorn Projects in Liberty, MO.
Removed and Replaced all Sidewalks, Stairs and Dumpster Slab Enclosure. Including a New Exterior dining addition. Great job guys!

We had the great pleasure in working with the Jaco General Contractor Team on the Puttery Kansas City, MO Project.

The project consisted of many logistical challenges being located underground at the Plaza. However, the team persevered with limited access and 250LF of line pump to completed our scope on schedule.

Scope included demolition , CIP stairs and over 5,000 SF of SOG.
