Client had a old beat up concrete pad as their backyard. They wanted a flat level surface to walk out on and enjoy the space. Their fence was poorly built and allowed small pets and children to crawl under. I built a simple deck to meet their needs and lowered their fence for the safety and security of their kids and pet.

This was a custom built fireplace mantle addition. My client also wanted to mount their tv. Unfortunately the framing behind the fire place was not adequate so we decided that a ceiling mount was the best option. Given where the joist were I had to create a custom beam that matched to mantle in order to mount the tv safely and securely.

This client had an existing deck that they wanted enclosed due to the windy elements of where they live. The contractor they hired cut corners and failed to properly frame and trim the wall which would have led to severe water intrusion. I was hired to correct and complete the project.

The master closet was too small so I demoed the hall closet and added it to the master closet adding two more feet of space. Then custom-made hanger bars and shelves for the closet.
