The most important part of this picture isn't the concrete.
It's the empty space beneath it.
Over time, rain, erosion, soil movement, and natural settling can create voids underneath a driveway, sidewalk, patio, or porch.
From above, everything may look perfectly normal.
But below the surface, the support holding that concrete in place is slowly disappearing.
