I go all out to build a entire underwater habitat that Bass, Catfish, Crappie and Perch flourish in. I build all different types of elevation changes, little hills, deep holes, channels also I've been told many times that my Ponds are affordable and are Extremely nice to have on their property. My ponds can increase your property value and they are always worth much more than what you pay for them regardless of size. I build each pond as if it were going to be on my very own property. The customer is always amazed at the before and after look. Regardless of how much I try to explain how nice it will be, It's always more than they had ever counted on. We know how to gain proper compaction We can set up to have a compaction test done on the pad if needed as well. When we build pads, we also landscape the entire area blending the pad into the surrounding area giving it a natural look with all the drainage issues resolved. A lot of companies just build the pad with no concern for anything else. Our pads blend into the surrounding areas so well it really sets the place off and there is little to no erosion issues when we are done.

PRIVATE ROADS And Driveways. We can build roads from the beginning to end. We have dozers and other equipment to get them built to stand up for years to come.

FENCE ROW CLEARING - We can cut straight lines through the woods for new fencing. When we clear fence rows, we are very neat and clean leaving compact burnable piles behind us. The fence row is clear of debris so that you can drive a truck Down it. I have seen fence row clearing jobs that looked like a tornado cut the trail & the piles of trees had so much dirt in them that they were unburnable. We won't do anything of that nature.

SWIMMING POOL REMOVAL - As odd of a type of work as this may seem to be advertising for a lot of people have contacted me for this service because they don't know who to contact for this type of work. A lot of swimming pool companies install pools but do not mess with removal. We can drain & remove any size swimming pool in a very reasonable time. When we remove inground pools, we leave the area looking as if there were never a pool there and the area is graded to be ready for sod or grass seed.

Hello folks my name is Michael. I specialize in building pads. I have been building pad sites for builders for years now. Home builders, metal building builders, Residential or Commercial, homeowners or Contractors. Does not matter, give me a call. A building pad is extremely important to your home or any building. Your floor and footing are very important to any building you may have in mind. Some would like for you to believe that a flat spot is a building pad, or a pad could be built with a skid loader. In in fact not much of this is true at all. As a matter of fact, most do not even know how to check their pads for a compaction test, or they say you live in the country, so you do not need one. Well the truth is knowing your compaction on a pad is very important. See that concrete floor does not know if it is in town or in the country. If you do not have proper compaction, your slab and footing could break in the first year or so. Well now that we understand why we need a building pad with the proper compaction on the dirt, we need to make sure we have built the pad so that we have all the water draining away from your future project. We need to blend the pad into the ground around the pad to insure proper drainage, and to make sure our pad just does not drop off at the edge of the pad. We need to have a gentle slope away from the pad. Some will call this landscaping. Not true. Just another step in building a proper pad. Well that's as about as well as I can explain it. I run an 1150 case dozer with a laser right on my dozer blade to insure that I get that pad as close to level as possible. With a dozer I have a greater chance of getting proper compaction because the tracks are very wide and long so it backs the dirt down to where a tractor or skid loader tire is round and just rolls the dirt out. And some skid loaders now have a ribber track much like a dozer but the skid loader still does not have the weight to compact the dirt in for a proper compaction. They just do not weigh enough to where my dozer is a bit more than 11 tons and if need be to get proper compaction, we will bring a sheeps foot in to get proper compaction. No matter who builds your pad, ask for a garuntee in writing that it will pass a compaction test. I have been in the construction trade all my life. I know my business. I think all pads should be made to have and pass a compaction test. In town, most must pass a compaction test. Unfortunately in the country, things are overlooked. So bottom line, please be careful with the pad. It truly is the most important part of your project.
