This year, pricing adjustments will take effect, with the following modifications:
weekly services will be invoiced at the standard rate, whereas bi-weekly services will incur a 25% surcharge due to additional time and machine wear.
Furthermore, upfront payment will be mandatory for severely overgrown yards, with no exceptions.
