DESCRIPTION: Plowing and hand snow shoveling crew members. Hiring multiple candidates.

PAY: Starting pay for shoveling is $20-$25/Hour. Starting pay for plowing is $25/Hour.

WHERE: We dispatch from Shelby Township to plow parking lots and properties throughout South East Michigan.

AVAILABILITY: You must be available for snow removal around the clock 24/7 from November 1 through April 15.

HOW OFTEN DO WE WORK: Most of our accounts dispatch at 1" accumulation for plowing, so we work frequently (every time we get an inch of snow) and we plow and shovel multiple rounds back to back; this means plenty of opportunity for earning.

PAYDAY: Pay is weekly. Usually after snow event has been completed.

Due to the excessive rainfall that we are currently experiencing, along with the up-to-date weather forecast, Winter Green II team members will not be working today and most likely tomorrow to avoid causing any potential turf damage.
