We gutted the ceilings, floors and interior walls in the living room and kitchen to prepare this home for a second-floor addition.

We had to demo without damaging the drywall on the exterior walls, remove the upper kitchen cabinets without damaging them (customer wanted to keep them) and work around the lower cabinets, countertops and refrigerator.

It took some extra patience and precision, but we got it done!
