A 40kW Deere 4045D genset build finished and load tested for 3 hours. This one is heading to North Dakota. We have a twin engine to this one that will be built into an identical unit in the coming weeks. Also have a 60kW Deere in stock with more to be finished soon. They alll have brand new generator ends and control systems. They are all non emissions mechanical engines. Reach out to us for any custom diesel generator needs!

Yesterday we got two Kohler RCL generators commissioned at local industrial facilities. A 60RCL and a 38RCL. Both were 480v units and we upfitted them with cellular monitoring kits and coolant heaters.

Received an emergency call from a new customer for a 300kW genset no start "locked rotor" at 3:30pm this afternoon. Arrived on site within 45 minutes of the call and after some basic testing found the two starting batteries were in major need of replacement. Two new batteries installed and cable terminals cleaned up and away it ran. Back on standby duty for the weekend. These things always happen on a Friday afternoon but we are always here to answer the call.

Here's one of HUNDREDS of home standby generators that we'll perform annual maintenance on in the next few months. You have to maintain your generator and if you really want to do it right, add cellular remote monitoring for complete peace of mind.

Last week we replaced the collector (slip) ring assembly on this generator rotor. The rotor was otherwise in good shape so we were able to save the customer over $2000 compared to replacing the whole rotor. $50 collector ring versus a $2000 rotor.
