I think it’s here y’all, the winds of seasons changing and Lake Michigan is churning. Today we can feel the snap in the air as we wrap up the last of our closings.

After 10 weeks, 100’s of properties, over 500 gallons of anti-freeze and so many toilets sucked 😵‍💫 🚽 - we are on the home stretch!

THANK YOU to all of our seasonal clients for trusting us year after year to put your cottages, homes, and properties to rest for the winter. We know how precious these places are to you and all the memories they hold.

If you have ever thought about getting into the trades, now is the time. This is your chance to build a career AND get paid while you do it.

Note ‼️ He's old school, so he's going to require a hard worker, someone that shows up on time, is teachable, and has self-motivation to learn. Don't bother applying if you aren't serious and willing to put in the effort to become licensed. It's not an easy job and he does not hand out participation trophies. However, with over 30 years of experience, MJM has helped many men gain skills and knowledge needed to become licensed by the state of Michigan.

Tradesmen are a dying breed and are in high demand. It's a great career path to consider.

Pay, raises and benefits dependent on experience, skill base and will increase over time.
