Are you a college student seeking part-time work? We have openings on our mowing crew, offering $20 per hour based on experience. We manage a little under 100 accounts for mowing an offer a wide range of landscape/hardscape services. A full-time position is also available for a crew member to work across all job sites.

Job Opportunity: Landscape/Lawncare Positions in Shelbyville, IL and Surrounding Areas

We are seeking qualified candidates who enjoy working outdoors and take pride in building high-quality outdoor spaces. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic and be able to withstand summer heat.

Key Details:

• Starting pay: $20/hour
• Work Schedule: 40-hour workweeks (Monday-Friday, occasional Saturdays)
• Seasonal Employment: April-October

Minimum Qualifications:

• Valid driver's license (18+ years old)
• Experience with shovel and rake operations
• Ability to level retaining walls
• Comfortably use power tools
• Comfortably work around machines
• Strong work ethic and attention to detail
• Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
• Willingness to work occasional Saturdays
