We have been slacking a bit on posting our before and after pictures, but stay tuned to see more!

This church roof had no major issues, but had small leaks throughout. This was caused by the membrane being so watertight for a couple of decades. Over time the UV Rays and other factors start deteriorating the membrane causing it to start showing the threads much like a bald tire.

This was a perfect project for a Coating Restoration, the membrane was still laid well and just needed a little help. Now the church doesn’t have to fork out a ton of money for a new roofing system!

Summer is approaching and so are high temperatures and sunny days.

While most of us are welcoming the warmer temperatures and pool days, your roof is doing the opposite. Heat and UV Rays will deteriorate your roof over time.

This is an EPDM membrane roof on an 83 degree sunny day. After we tear off this membrane, replace any saturation underneath and spray Closed-Cell Polyurethane Spray Foam at 1” thick along with an 87% reflectivity rated white coating, this roof will easily be 100 degrees cooler on the surface.

Imagine the savings on the AC bill for this summer they will save down below! Not to mention the warranty given for any leak thereafter.

Our first bullet of the year recovered from a roof!

This happens much more than you would probably imagine.

While we could inform you of the correct measures to take to ensure gun safety, we believe it is common sense to not shoot into the sky.

With that being said, do not neglect your roof. Lack of maintenance is the #1 reason for a roof failure and in most cases could have been prevented. Don’t let that be your building, barn or home!

You have to love the feeling of final touches on a project.

Remodeling is challenging and expensive, especially if while you are remodeling the roof wants to leak on your brand new ceiling, floors and everything in between.

A recent project we completed earlier this week shows just how much a roof can change a building.

This roof had significant separations at the seams, which we fixed with our 5” fabric and a thick layer of Top Coat.

The roof before had no leaks, but with brand new decking under the recently applied roof the owner did not want to take any chances in protecting his investment from the top down.

In just a few days we not only dramatically changed the interior temperature of the building, but also ensured longevity in the roofing system.

Some quick before and after pictures of one of our recent projects.

This roof was also sealed using our Spray Foam Polyurethane System after years of battling leaks.

In many of these cases, after all of the repairs attempted the total price spent adds to around the same, if not more spent without a satisfying result.

A quick before and after of a recent project.

This roof was an old school torch down roof, with lifting seams and years of wear and tear.

We added 1.5” of Closed Cell Spray Foam to fill in all gaps at the seams, as well as make a new surface to add our coating on top of.

The Spray Foam is not UV Resistant, which is why we needed to add our Base Coat and Top Coat to ensure longevity.

This roof now has a 10 year non pro-rated warranty for any leaks that may happen, but we highly doubt any issues will occur given the system this building needed.
