Here are just a few projects we’ve done recently that I’ve actually been able to get pictures of. Some yard reshaping, rip-rapping a section of a pond, drainage ditches, driveways, and some downspout drains with dry wells & pop-up emitters for a customer that had limited options/places to run their downspouts to. This is a newer option for people that don’t have a place to outlet their downspout/roof runoff water. Here’s just few of the jobs we’ve done in the last month:
- Erosion control with some Rip Rap
- Freshened up a couple driveways
- Directional bored an 8” line under a road for field tile
- Bored in some water lines and electrical conduit
- Installed several aeration septic tanks
- Demolished a garage in Pana
- Dug up a waterline for the homeowner to fix his leak
- Hauled and leveled out some dirt
- Bored in a 2” water main for the city of Shelbyville

Had a good full week of directional boring and backreaming this week! Boring in some water lines, electrical lines, electrical conduit, and gas lines! Boring may be a little more than trenching, but it is the better alternative for minimum topsoil disturbance.
