Our crews put in the work installing this cable barrier on US 31- great job by all! 👏🏻

Teamwork makes the dream work!👷🚧 Beaty Construction and C-Tech are proud to be working together on the US 31 project in Hamilton County as subcontractors to . C-Tech is installing more than 30 miles of cable barrier in the median, while Beaty is constructing approximately one mile of concrete mow strip.

Projects like this showcase the value of strong partnerships and teamwork in improving infrastructure across Indiana. Great work, team! 👏

True strength is knowing what’s happening beneath the hard hat. It’s speaking up, checking in on your crew, and asking for help when you need it. Mental health is a vital part of job site safety. Let’s keep the conversation going long after this month ends.

This week, Beaty Construction and C-Tech are recognizing Construction Safety Week and the shared responsibility we all have to keep one another safe. This year’s theme, “All In Together,” focuses on recognizing hazards, responding the right way, and respecting the people around us - on every job site and every project.

Safety is more than a policy or procedure. It’s planning ahead, speaking up, looking out for your crew, and making sure everyone goes home safe at the end of the day.

We appreciate our teams for the commitment they bring to safety every day in the field.

It was great to host students from the Franklin Central Civil Construction Pathway at our offices and facilities recently! They spent the day meeting our team, learning about project planning, and getting a first-hand look at the equipment and operations required to build the infrastructure around us.

Earlier this month, we held our annual chili cook-off 🌶️❤️

Congrats to our winners- Judges’ Choice Chili: Kyle Beaty, followed by Scotty Boles and Rick Morris. Fan Favorite Chili: Kyle Beaty, Dana Sherwood, and Scotty Boles. Cookie Champs: Addi Smith, Chris Beaty, and Jamie Thurston.

Together, we raised $1,125 for , supporting 12 local agencies and making a direct impact across our community. Proud to live out our core value of Promote Community, thanks to everyone who participated! 👏
