The F**T Warehouse Project — completed on a tight deadline through the heart of winter.

🔹 96,649 SF warehouse
🔹 Steel frame with bar joists
🔹 Precast concrete walls
🔹 38’ eave height
🔹 Fiber-reinforced concrete floor
🔹 LED lighting & fully sprinklered

This project was erected and completed through the winter months — and this season definitely tested us. Despite weather challenges and a tight deadline, the team delivered on schedule to meet the owner’s needs.

Lifting limits—and then pushing past them.

What you’re seeing here is 110,000 lbs in motion during last week’s load test at MEG.

Originally rated at 50 tons (100,000 lbs), this overhead crane was enhanced by Crane Tec to safely handle even more—now relabeled to 52.5 tons. That’s what the right upgrades and solid equipment can do.

At this scale, every detail matters—every pound counts.
And yeah… that’s a lot of weight. 💪

Today we celebrated the groundbreaking of the Rush County Solid Waste Management District’s new transfer station. At approximately 8,000 square feet and rising nearly 50 feet tall, this facility is designed to serve Rush County residents efficiently and effectively for years to come. Runnebohm Construction Co., Inc is grateful for the opportunity to be part of this effort and look forward to seeing this project come to life. Happy Earth Day!

After 23 years of being in our current building, RCCI is starting an intensive renovation project within our office and shop.

Fredericks, Inc. Contractors is currently installing new solid surface counters in the project manager offices.

We're happy to partner with another Associated Builders & Contractors of Indiana/Kentucky contractor to help us breathe new life into our office building.

We're excited to show off our new changes later this year!

Finishing touches are being completed on the new Shelby County Highway Complex located on Michigan Road! Great effort by our team of personnel and the talented subcontractors that made this project come together! Ribbon cutting is slated for next week October 31st!
