Rotten Wood Repair Completed! 🔨

This porch had extensive wood rot caused by years of moisture exposure. We removed all the damaged framing, replaced the rotten support beam and posts with new pressure-treated lumber, and restored the porch to be strong, safe, and built to last.

A lot of rotten wood isn’t visible until it’s opened up, which is why it’s important to address these issues before they become a safety hazard.
