Job Title: Fire Alarm, Burglar Alarm, and CCTV Technician

Brinton Fire & Security is seeking a highly organized and skilled Fire Alarm, Burglar Alarm, and CCTV Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong computer skills, a solid background in general maintenance, and the ability to assist with electrical tasks. This role is critical in ensuring the smooth operation of our facilities and the safety of our clients through diligent maintenance and support of our fire and security systems.

Key Responsibilities:
Service technician (existing systems) and new install technician (proficient in Burglar alarms, fire alarms, CCTV systems).
Support the installation and troubleshooting of burglar alarms & CCTV systems.
Maintain detailed and accurate records of maintenance activities using computer-based systems.
Respond to maintenance requests in a timely and efficient manner.
Uphold Brinton Fire & Security's standards for cleanliness, organization, and operational efficiency.

Qualifications:
Experience with Burglar alarms, fire alarms, CCTV systems.
Proven experience as a maintenance technician or in a similar role.
Strong computer skills.
Ability to assist with low voltage and security system maintenance and repairs.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Strong problem-solving abilities and the capacity to work independently.
Good physical condition and the ability to lift heavy objects.
Exceptional work history references demonstrating reliability and professionalism.

Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with burglar alarm security systems.
Experience with CCTV video systems
Experience with door access control is preferred, but not required.
Experience with fire alarm systems is a MUST!
Work Environment: This position involves a mix of indoor and outdoor work. The Maintenance Technician must be comfortable working in various environments and conditions, including tight spaces and at heights when necessary.
📍 Location: Work location is mainly in the Branson, MO area. Home office located in Shell K**b, MO (10 minutes North of Berryville near Carr Lane)

Help Wanted: Personal Assistant and Property Manager

Are you an organized, detail-oriented professional looking for a dynamic role? We are looking for a dedicated Personal Assistant and Property Manager to join our team. This role requires exceptional organizational skills, a proactive mindset, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.

Responsibilities include:
Evaluate prospective tenants, conduct credit and background checks
Conduct property tours and assist prospective residents with the leasing process, including lease signings and move-in processes (30 properties).
Enforce lease agreements, timely rent collections, and property rules and regulations
Supervise maintenance staff to coordinate property maintenance, maintaining deadlines, and renovation projects
Assist in off-site and on-site marketing
Set up and maintain lease files.
Perform other job related duties as required
Handle administrative tasks, including filing, data entry, and record-keeping.
Answer phone and make calls as needed
Process accounts payable.
Reconcile company receipts.
Cross reference receipts with credit card statements.
Review insurance policy and vehicle maintenance
Process accounts receivable.
Maintain efficient, thorough record keeping systems.

The ideal candidate will be:
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently with little direct supervision
Highly organized and driven to meet deadlines and goals
An excellent communicator in person, over the phone and in writing
An experienced computer user proficient in Google Sheets and Docs
Ability to learn and use new software
Excellent computer skills
Previous experience in property management is preferred.
Previous experience in office management is required.
