Life might be a bit chaotic right now but in the garden, it's coming up roses! This is my favorite spot in my garden. Whenever I pass Im greeted with a sweet apricot fragrance. This is the rose that made me fall in love with English garden roses. If I were Titania, queen of the fairies, I would make these branches my bower.

In order to meet the needs of my family at the moment, I will need to press pause on my normal Wednesday bouquet drops until the end of the school year. My husband is currently deployed and my girls need their momma.

I will still make drops as time allows and if you have a scheduled pick up-those are still happening! But for the next few weeks my family needs more flexibility & priority.

Summer flowers will still be available. I have loads of seedlings and tubers galore in the ground, but those won't bloom for a bit. Thank you all for your understanding and I hate to disappoint those looking forward to their weekly bouquet. This is just a pause; good things are growing.

Nothing like a fresh pile of compost to bring out the kid inside. JK!

My seedlings are holding on for their life lol. I might be a bit behind in my planting, but dang it will be good when it's done.

The first lavender bud has budded as of 5/13/26. This year all the flowers have bloomed around 2 weeks earlier than last year. 2 years ago, I went to Sequim the 3rd week of June to enjoy the lavender.

How are your flowers fairing? Have you noticed alternative timeliness to your growing season?

I had an absolute blast this weekend at the Antique Mother's Day Market. Thank you Shelton for supporting these wonderful vendors. Thank you to all the vendors; your generosity & kindness meant so much as it's been challenging while my husband is deployed. And thank you Erica and for having a vision & seeing it through. It was truly a lovely weekend!
