A look at the completed St. John Vianney Monsignor Michael Glenn Center — a project that showcases the level of craftsmanship, precision, and ex*****on our team is capable of delivering.

From the intricate brick arch detailing and decorative banding to the interior ground face block throughout the gymnasium, every scope required precision and technical expertise. The project also included detailed stucco soffit work, demanding a high level of coordination and attention to detail.

Retreat at Mountainside is complete!

DM Construction specializes in delivering multiple exterior systems through a single trade partner, helping streamline coordination and ex*****on from preconstruction through completion.

This project included CMU, brick, precast, and stucco across multiple buildings throughout the development. At peak production, four DM crews were working concurrently, requiring a high level of coordination to manage schedules, work areas, and installation activities while maintaining our standards for quality, safety, and production.

Proud to wrap up another project at Skyridge Medical Center — a campus DM Construction has been a part of for several years. This newest addition to the medical facility also marked our first project with Kiewit, and we’re proud of both the partnership and the final product.

A major focus on this project was ensuring the new addition blended seamlessly with the surrounding Skyridge campus. Matching the existing brick, detailing, and overall architectural character was critical to maintaining continuity across the development.

Project Spotlight: Alloy Sunnyside Apartments

DM Construction recently completed a thin brick restoration and new installation project at Alloy Sunnyside Apartments alongside Bristlecone Construction.

Following water intrusion issues at the amenity deck, portions of the exterior assembly required demolition and reconstruction. Our team rebuilt the assembly utilizing the Old Mill System, including flashing, EPS foam, and thin brick installation.

A major focus of the project was creating a seamless transition between the restored areas and the existing façade, requiring precise alignment, mortar matching, and detailed craftsmanship throughout the repair areas.

Projects like this showcase the expertise required to restore exterior façade systems with solutions designed for long-term performance.
